Recent Projects

A selection of our jobs since January 2026, newest first. We keep every project on this page, so you can see the range of work we do: SAP calculations and EPCs, SBEM, TM44 air conditioning inspections, commercial EPCs, overheating, water calculations, and air, sound and ventilation testing. Client names and addresses are left out.

October 2026: Two college campuses, Kent

TM44 air conditioning inspections at two further education college campuses, in Gillingham and Maidstone, with the reports lodged on the government register.

September 2026: Three warehouse units, Thamesmead and Livingston, Scotland

TM44 air conditioning inspections for a document storage company: two warehouse units in Thamesmead, south-east London, and one in Livingston, Scotland. All three reports are lodged, on the England and Wales register and the Scottish register.

September 2026: Nine new flats, Tunbridge Wells, Kent

Design-stage SAP calculations for nine new flats of 39 to 73 m², all with electric heating, ready for building control before work starts.

September 2026: Five-flat conversion, Whetstone, north London

As-built SAP calculations and EPCs for five flats of 51 to 66 m². All five rated C (69 to 73), with the EPCs lodged for completion.

September 2026: Six new apartments, Charlton, south-east London

Design-stage SAP calculations for six apartments of 60 to 107 m², heated by gas combination boilers, for building control approval.

September 2026: Conversion to five flats, Southampton city centre

Air tightness and sound testing before completion. All five air tests passed first time, at 3.15 to 7.77 m³/(h·m²) against a target of 8. All four airborne sound tests passed, at 45 to 56 dB against a minimum of 43 dB, including the two between the commercial unit and the flats.

August 2026: Conversion to three flats, Guildford, Surrey

As-built SAP calculations for building control on three flats of 57 to 87 m². All three rated C (72 to 75).

August 2026: Three new terraced houses, Slough

Part O overheating assessment by the simplified method. The design passed, so no dynamic model was needed.

July 2026: Conversion to four flats, Southall, west London

As-built SAP calculations using the measured air test results of 4.0 to 4.83 m³/(h·m²). The four flats rated 75 to 82 (C and B).

July 2026: Two-flat conversion, Hayes, west London

As-built SAP calculations for two flats of 52 and 123 m². Rated B (81) and C (77).

July 2026: Office building, Bracknell, Berkshire

SBEM model and commercial EPC for an air-conditioned office building. Rated C (72).

July 2026: Barn conversion, Chorleywood, Hertfordshire

As-built SAP calculation and EPC for a barn converted into a 268 m² home.

June 2026: Large new house, Fulmer, Buckinghamshire

As-built SAP calculation for a 2,008 m² new detached house. Rated A (98), with carbon emissions 93% below the Part L target.

June 2026: New classroom building, infant school, Surrey

SBEM calculations for a new classroom building with underfloor heating. The air test came in at 3.84 m³/(h·m²), well inside the limit of 8.

June 2026: House conversion, Romford, Essex

As-built SAP calculation for a 192 m² home. Rated A (100).

June 2026: Flat conversion, Holloway, north London

As-built SAP calculation for a 73 m² flat. Rated B (87).

June 2026: Conversion, Gillingham, Kent

As-built SAP calculation for a 113 m² home. Rated C (75).

May 2026: New home, near Bicester, Oxfordshire

As-built SAP calculation and EPC. Rated A (93), with carbon emissions 71% below the Part L target.

April 2026: Five new homes, Croydon, south London

Design-stage SAP calculations for five new homes. All five rated B (81 to 86), with carbon emissions below the Part L target on every home.

March 2026: Change of use to 18 flats, Stoke-on-Trent

As-built SAP calculations for 18 flats of 32 to 69 m², using the measured air test results of 3.07 to 5.5 m³/(h·m²).

March 2026: Group of care homes, London, Hertfordshire and Birmingham

Commercial EPCs and TM44 air conditioning inspections for a group of residential care homes. Two of the larger homes, in Penge (1,930 m²) and Hemel Hempstead (2,555 m²), rated B.

March 2026: Three new homes, Potters Bar, Hertfordshire

Design-stage SAP calculations for three new homes. All three rated B (87), with carbon emissions about half the Part L target.

February 2026: Four-flat conversion, Tooting, south London

As-built SAP calculations for four flats of 40 to 93 m². Rated 79 to 81 (C and B).

February 2026: Care home, Welwyn, Hertfordshire

Commercial EPC for a 3,077 m² residential care home. Rated B.

January 2026: New flat, Wimbledon, south-west London

Design-stage SAP calculation for a new flat. Rated B (84), with carbon emissions 38% below the Part L target.

January 2026: New home, Ilford, Essex

As-built SAP calculation and EPC for a new home. Rated C (80), passing the Part L carbon target.

January 2026: Two new flats, Cricklewood, north-west London

Part G water calculations for two flats: 102.1 litres per person per day, inside both the 125 litre limit and the 110 litre optional requirement.

January 2026: School, Surrey
